Visiting the site
The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It doesn't set cookies, doesn't use local storage for tracking, and doesn't follow you to other sites. What I see is aggregate: how many page views, which pages, which countries and browsers, roughly how fast pages loaded. I can't see who you are.
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which keeps standard server logs to run and protect the service. There are no ads, no social widgets and no other third-party scripts.
Two small things are remembered in your own browser: your light or dark theme choice, so the next page matches, and, for the current tab session only, that you've already seen the boot animation. Neither ever leaves your device.
The guestbook
When you sign the guestbook, I store what you type: your name, your site address if you give one, and your message. Approved entries are shown publicly, with the date. Your site address is shown as plain text, not as a link.
I also store a salted hash of your IP address. It's a one-way scramble, so it can't be turned back into your IP. I use it only to limit how many entries can come from one place in an hour, which keeps spam out.
The studio form
When you fill in the form on the studio page, I store what you type: your email, your role, your organization size if you give it, your answer about your workflow, and whether you asked to be emailed when something ships. Plus the same salted IP hash, for the same reason.
Your email is used only to reply to you or, if you ticked the box, to tell you when something ships. It's never sold or shared, and it isn't added to any marketing list.
Where it's kept
Form entries live in a private Cloudflare D1 database that only I can read. Nothing you type is shown publicly except approved guestbook entries.
Deleting your data
Email [email protected] and tell me what to remove: a guestbook entry, or your studio form answers (send it from the address you used). I'll delete it and let you know.
